Inside Account Manager
This is a virtual position that can be operated from any geography in the USA. The primary responsibilities of the position are:
- Selling to and servicing the existing customer accounts that are transactional and associated with Product only purchases.
- Sales include all hardware and software products and renewals approved by IC management.
- Cold calling for New client accounts in new geographic areas with the job to seed new territories for the external Account Managers.
- Quote preparation for all accounts with handoff to procurement at the time of sale.
- Scope of the sales territory is National
- Vendor Sales Certifications as an expression of product expertise are preferred
Expectations:
- Self report performance metrics on-time & Accurately
- Manage time, accounts and day to day activities to highest performance levels
- Contribute to solving the Group Issues
- Communicate proactively with all Vendors regarding the status of deals
- Make deviation decisions based on IC processes and escalate to Leadership for approval
- Be a professional and learn the products and service offered by IC
- Be responsible for event follow up and ROI to Marketing
- Be prepared for all meetings internally and externally
